- Strip and wash coriander. Remove the fat from the duck breasts and cut into small pieces.
- Cut the pineapple slices in 6.
- Heat a big wok, brown the duck. Add the pineapple and soy sauce and let caramelize. Add coriander, mix and enjoy.
