  • Cut the olives and rape Parmesan.
  • Mix soft butter with Parmesan, flour and chopped olives kneading.
  • Form rolls in shape of sausages and put in the fridge for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Cut slices 1 cm thick, place on a tray covered with baking paper and bake for 15 mins.
  • Let them cool down before touching.
