Salt and Pepper

Olive Oil 1 drizzle

Cooking: 20 mins

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Place ½ mozzarella, 2 basil leaves and ¼ tomato on each escalope. Add salt and pepper, roll it and fix with the toothpick.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake 20 mins.
  • Taste with a drizzle of olive oil.
